WWF and CMAZ Commit to Raise Awareness for Green Financing

Margaret Mead once said “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

Signing the memorandum of understanding the WWF and CMAZ signed a commitment to raise awareness for increased green financing among practitioners and issuers.

As part of this MOU is to provide an effective framework for collaboration between the parties in areas of common interest, having regard to the respective objectives, functions, policies and procedures of each party.

CMAZ – WWF partnership will focus on scaling up ongoing green finance initiatives and exploring new opportunities for the effective implementation of green economy principles in Zambia.

The parties have agreed to work together to develop a platform for Green Finance for companies and others that may qualify for green financing.
